Security Awareness Training

One of the largest IT security challenges for organizations is the training and awareness of its IT users and employees.  Many organizations “push” the information to its employees in hopes that they will read some documents and understand the information.  The challenge in following this process is that management has no guarantee that the employees will read the information, let alone understand it.

With this in mind, Cistel offers a computer-based security awareness program which runs off an e-learning management system.  The program is module-based, fully bilingual and customizable.  The material has been created following e-learning principles to ensure optimal retention.  In addition, the program provides management with full reporting capabilities including a list of which employees have completed which modules.
