Help Desk Opportunity

Cistel’s IT Managed Services group is looking for experienced Help Desk and Desk Side technicians to join the team.  If you’re personable, have a solid understanding of technology and an aptitude for learning on the job, we’d like to speak with you.

A typical work week is Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm).

Duties will include:

  • Providing remote and/or desk side support to client users
  • Interacting with non-technical client users and explaining technology issues

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience providing technical user support, including MS Office (2016, 2013, 2010), Windows 10/8/7 operating systems, Remote Access, Account and Access Management and file and print management
  • Ability to speak both English and French fluently (Bilingual)
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Security clearance – minimum Enhanced Reliability

Assets:

  • Experience providing support in a Government of Canada environment
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and terminology
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
  • Experience supporting users in SharePoint
  • Experience supporting corporate mobile devices (BB, iOS, Android)
  • Secret security clearance
